What we’re looking for

Operate agricultural drones for crop spraying, field mapping, monitoring, and inspections.
Plan and execute drone missions in compliance with DGCA regulations, safety standards, and SOPs.
Perform pre-flight/post-flight checks and ensure safe operations in agricultural field conditions.
Assemble, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot agri-drones, spraying systems, and payloads.
Maintain accurate flight logs, maintenance records, and compliance documentation.
Support agri-drone service projects and collaborate with internal teams for mission planning and execution.
Train or guide junior pilots/field staff when required.
Stay updated with UAV technology, DGCA guidelines, and industry best practices.
DGCA Certified Remote Pilot (RPC) – Mandatory
Hands-on experience in Agricultural Drone flying, especially crop spraying
Willingness to travel and work on field deployments
