How NexXora handles information you give us through this website. Effective 18 September 2026.
This website, nexxora.inc, is operated by NexXora Inc, which also operates nexxora.technology. NexXora Inc is responsible for the information described in this policy.
Our registered address is 33427 Pacific Highway S, Ste E10, Federal Way, WA 98003, United States. We also have offices in Chennai (C8, 1st Street, Sector 1, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai 600058) and Vadodara (404 Meraki Latitude, Old Padra Road, Vadodara 390020), India, and in Ajax, Ontario, Canada.
Our Indian offices are operated by our subsidiary, NexXora Innovation & Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., which handles enquiries and applications on NexXora Inc’s behalf under this policy. NexXora Inc remains responsible for the information described here.
It covers both NexXora websites — nexxora.inc and nexxora.technology — including their pages, articles and enquiry forms. It does not cover other companies’ websites that we link to; if you follow a link away from our site, that site’s own policy applies.
These are static information websites. There are no user accounts, no logins, no shopping cart and no payments. We never ask you for payment-card details, government identification numbers or passwords, and you should never send them to us.
If you only read the site, we do not collect personal information about you. We do not run analytics, we do not use advertising pixels, and we do not track you across other websites. Everything needed to display a page — including the typeface — is served from our own site, so no other company learns that you visited. We do not build an advertising profile of you.
If you submit an enquiry form, we receive what you type into it — typically your name, email address, company and your message. You choose what to put in those fields. Apollo.io, which provides the form, also adds publicly available business information about you or your employer — including business contact details such as a phone number, and details such as job title, company size or industry — to your record, so that we can route your enquiry to the right people. This means your record may contain business details you did not type in. We do not use that to build advertising profiles, and you can ask to see or delete it exactly as you can anything you typed.
If you apply for a job, you send your details and CV to us by email. We then hold whatever you chose to include in that email and its attachments.
Technical information. Like any website, ours is delivered by servers that record ordinary technical details of a request, such as your IP address and browser type, in order to serve pages and block attacks. This is handled by our hosting provider. One thing loads from outside our servers and therefore receives the same technical details: on the three pages that carry our enquiry form, the form itself is served by Apollo.io. Nothing else on our pages comes from anyone else.
The introduction video. Our home page offers a company introduction video hosted on YouTube. It does not load unless you choose to play it, so YouTube learns nothing about you simply because you visited us. If you do press play, YouTube (part of Google) receives your IP address and player activity under its own privacy policy, and we use its no-cookie player.
Only to reply to you, to follow up on what you asked about, to keep a record of business enquiries, and to consider job applications. That is the whole list.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with data brokers or advertisers, and we do not use enquiries to build advertising audiences.
We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising or personalisation, and we do not run a tracking pixel. Our hosting and enquiry-form providers may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technology to keep the site secure and the form working. If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy first and, where consent is required, ask for it before setting anything.
We use a small number of service providers. They process information on our behalf under their customer terms and data-processing agreements with us, and we do not authorise them to use it for their own purposes:
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, safety or property. Apart from that, nobody else receives it.
This list covers these two websites. The full list of subprocessors NexXora uses, including those involved in delivering services under contract, is published at our subprocessors page. If we add a provider to the list above, we will update this page.
Business enquiries: we keep them for up to 24 months from our last contact with you. We review our records at least once a year and delete enquiries that have passed that period, unless we are still doing business together or the law requires us to keep them.
Job applications: we keep them for up to 12 months so we can consider you for other roles, and delete them in the same periodic review.
Technical and security records held by our hosting provider are kept for the shorter periods set by that provider’s own policy, which we do not control.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
We apply these to everyone rather than only to people covered by a particular law. Email us at the address below. We will acknowledge your request promptly and aim to complete it within 30 days; if it will take longer, we will tell you why and when. We may need to confirm your identity first, so that we do not give your information to someone else. Exercising these rights costs nothing and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
NexXora operates in the United States, India and Canada, and our service providers operate internationally. Information you send us may therefore be stored in, or accessed from, a country other than your own — in practice the United States and India. Different countries give personal information different legal protection. Information you send us will be handled in those places.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, including delivering these sites over an encrypted connection and limiting access to the staff who need it. No website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise. Please do not send us sensitive personal information through an enquiry form.
These sites are for business audiences and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
If we change how we handle information — for example by adding analytics or a new service provider — we will update this page and change the effective date at the top before the change takes effect. Material changes will be announced on this page.
For anything in this policy, including a request about your information, email info@nexxora.inc or write to NexXora Inc, 33427 Pacific Highway S, Ste E10, Federal Way, WA 98003, United States.
