Offshore Telephone Caller (IT Sales / Lead Generation – US Market)

What we’re looking for

• Strong verbal communication with neutral or US-friendly accent
• Understanding of IT services (cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, software development, MSPs)
• Experience working with US clients and time zones
• CRM knowledge: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar
• Ability to handle objections professionally
• Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
• Make outbound cold calls to US IT prospects
• Identify decision-makers (CIOs, IT Directors, Managers)
• Present IT services and value propositions clearly
• Qualify leads using BANT / CHAMP / SPIN frameworks
• Schedule appointments for US sales teams
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Meet daily and weekly KPIs
• Number of calls per day
• Conversations with decision-makers
• Qualified leads generated
• Appointments scheduled
• Conversion ratios and CRM accuracy
