Sales Executive – Agri Drone Services

What we’re looking for

• Daily local travel of 30–40 km
• Two-wheeler mandatory
• Freshers are welcome
• Experience in any of the following will be an added advantage (not mandatory):
• Direct sales / field sales
• Channel sales or networking
• Rural marketing or agriculture-related roles
• Any graduate degree
• Agriculture background preferred but not compulsory
• Travel daily across the Hosur–Bagalur region (30–40 km)for field sales activities
• Generate sales and support revenue achievementthrough consistent field efforts
• Get new clients through direct sales, including farmer meetings and service pitching
• Build and maintain a local network of agri-input shops, fertilizer dealers, and influencers for channel sales
• Convert farmer inquiries and referrals into service bookings
• Conduct brand promotion activities such as flyer distribution, poster placement, and village-level visibility drives
• Explain agri drone services, benefits, and usage in simple, local language
• Conduct field activities during active agricultural hours
• Share daily updates on client meetings, leads, and field movements
• Work independently while following assigned sales and outreach plans
• Tamil – Mandatory
• Telugu – Preferred
• Basic English (read/write)is sufficient
• Sales and generating revenue
• Getting new clients through direct sales
• Networking and relationship building for channel sales
• Brand promotion and on-ground marketing activities
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Field-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Willingness to travel daily and work in rural field conditions
