What we’re looking for

Strong verbal communication with neutral or US-friendly accent
Understanding of IT services (cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, software development, MSPs)
Experience working with US clients and time zones
CRM knowledge: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar
Ability to handle objections professionally
Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
Make outbound cold calls to US IT prospects
Identify decision-makers (CIOs, IT Directors, Managers)
Present IT services and value propositions clearly
Qualify leads using BANT / CHAMP / SPIN frameworks
Schedule appointments for US sales teams
Maintain accurate CRM records
Meet daily and weekly KPIs
Number of calls per day
Conversations with decision-makers
Qualified leads generated
Appointments scheduled
Conversion ratios and CRM accuracy
